Jennifer M. Segal, M.D. was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and San Francisco, California.

Dr. Segal attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude. She went on to the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, where she earned her medical degree. During her medical training, she spent two years conducting basic science research in cancer immunotherapy in the Department of Surgery at University of California San Francisco. She completed her dermatology residency at Duke University Medical Center. She has authored a number of scientific and clinical publications in the fields of cancer research, surgery, and dermatology.

Dr. Segal is a board-certified member of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a Member of the Women’s Dermatologic Society and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. She is interested in medical and cosmetic dermatology and laser surgery.

Dr. Segal enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons.
